Four years ago, my husband and I made the move to Ocala, Florida, and let me tell you—it felt like finding home. I’ve always been someone who loves helping others and staying on the move (sitting at a desk all day was never quite for me). The name Now Or Never Notary might sound bold—and it is! But it also came from something fun and personal. My last name is Knauer (pronounced like “Now Or”), so it started as a playful way to turn my name into something memorable. Over time, it took on a deeper meaning. It became a reminder to take chances, trust myself, and step fully into the life I wanted to build.

That spirit—of jumping in, of showing up, of helping people with a calm voice and a ready pen—is what I try to bring to every appointment.
